What areas do you serve? 

We currently serve all of Northwest Ohio/ Southeast Michigan.We are happy to service your vehicle on-site. If you have a specific area in question, just give us a call.

Do I have to be present during the service?

No. We can make arrangements during scheduling to pick up your keys and payment. This is the main purpose of our service, to give you the freedom of not being bothered waiting around for your vehicle/fleet to be serviced. Just call us- whether your at the office, the gym, out to dinner, shopping, or at the movies. Just give us a call and we’ll be there! The absolute best in convenience, for your busy lifestyle.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, money order, and all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Fleet customers, please contact us for a list of fleet cards that we accept.

What about oil spills? Am I going to have oil on my driveway or parking lot?

No. We use large, over-sized drain pans to catch all of the oil being drained from your vehicle. It is then immediately transferred into a sealed waste oil tank inside our vans. As an extra precaution, we use large, rubber backed, oil absorbent mats under your vehicle for every service. We also carry emergency oil absorbency kits just in case.

What do you do with the waste oil and filters from the vehicles you service?

At Signature Mobile Auto Care, being environmentally conscious is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we recycle all of our waste oil and filters with EPA registered recycling centers.

How soon can my vehicle be serviced?

Many times we can service your vehicles the same day! The time of day, area we are in, and number of appointments we have for the day will dictate if your vehicles can be serviced same day. Next day appointments are always the best way to reserve a time that works best for your busy schedule.

What if the weather is bad, such as snow or rain?

We do work in the snow and rain, its just part of the job for us. In the event of severe weather, such as a thunderstorm or blizzard, we will call you in advance to reschedule your appointment.

Do you offer before and after hours service?

Yes. We are happy to discuss your businesses specific scheduling needs and create a customized service plan around your schedule.
